i read in a previous thread about how you can walk so that you tend to use your calf muscles more than your quads and hams. ive tried this and i can feel my calf muscles working more, the only negative part is you look like an idiot when you walk but in my opinion if it works then its worth it. the thing is, if you walk like that all day everyday then would that be overtraining your calves? ive got pretty small calves (lil over 15 inches) to start out with so would it just make my calves more lean or would they actually get bigger?
