    walking in a special way to make your calves bigger

    i read in a previous thread about how you can walk so that you tend to use your calf muscles more than your quads and hams. ive tried this and i can feel my calf muscles working more, the only negative part is you look like an idiot when you walk but in my opinion if it works then its worth it. the thing is, if you walk like that all day everyday then would that be overtraining your calves? ive got pretty small calves (lil over 15 inches) to start out with so would it just make my calves more lean or would they actually get bigger?

    hey ****face some of us have a busy lifestyle and sometimes have to workout our entire body by going to the gym twice a week (saturday and sunday) and im not gonna work my calves two days in a row so i was wondering if this could help. if you dont wanna answer my question then dont be an ******* and post in this thread. besides youre 29 years old, WTF are you doing in a teen forum?
