I always been used to drink 2 liters a day and I thought it was good enough.
Well... I'll drink 2 more now.5'9"
182lbs.
8% BF.

2 litres is definitely NOT enough, creatine or not. Its not that hard. 500 mls when u wake up, 500 mls after your first meal, 500 meals with your second....and so on, and a litre and change during your workout...peice of cakeOriginally Posted by JD14 Liters

I drink around 8 litres a day and still feel like i could get more.
I like to deadlift.
Still getting swole off bread and water.

Judging from everyones responses its hard to tell who knows what theyre talking about and who doesnt
it would seem to me that there's no "drink at least this much" rule when it coms to drinking water. Creatine is about water retention and each person has a different body mass, which would mean that each person has to drink different amounts of water, etc.
so with that being said, just drink as much water as you can.
8oz 2 liters 4 liters gallon 2 gallons
I say 9.47 fl. ounces but only on prime number days. and only rain water.

Weight: 190, 9% bodyfat (thought it was 195 till i went to the doctors)
