    Swimming for Cutting

    I just started to cut this week and was wanting to know how far to swim for a good workout? I saw for about 20 minutes but i dont know if that is enough. In the past i have always ran/jumped rope or wreslted.

    That should be plenty. Just be careful because swimming does use alot of your upper body. Sometimes it may be bennificial to use the kick board. The kick board is harder, cardio wise, then it looks.
