Well i got it on, this was what i was originally going to do, and it took about an hour. lol.
So anyways, i havent worked out in about 2 weeks becuase of football practice. so im guessing my max is around 315 right now.
back the topic.
I tried 275, got about 1/4 of the way down. lol.
Did 315 and got about 1/2 the way down. by now my eyes are bloodshot.
Put 335 on and got to a little higher than parallel.
Put 365 on and did 3 reps to parallel, they were very easy and explosive.
Got 385 for 2 reps to parallel, very easy and explosive reps, i think i could get around 430-440 with knee wraps. I really like this thing, cant wait until i hit my next phase of hard ass workouts which will last about 8-12 weeks and then max out with it again.
BTW, i bought the Titan centurion plus, not super plus.

honestly, i would never use a squat suit, or a bench shirt or anything like that. the only thing i use is a belt and some chalk (im talking for deadlifts too). all that suits and shirts do is up your PR's. its not YOU lifting that weight its that suit/shirt of yours. i rather take my time and build my way up. thats just me though. looks kool though.
315 raw bench (355 gear) no pause, 336 w/ pause

578 raw deadlift 612 geared

Provincial deadlift record holder :) (Sub junior, 82.5 kg and Junior 82.5 kg)

Wow, do you get nosebleeds on that high horse of yours? Yeah, that suit and shirt are lifting the weights...Do you even know how gear works?
I commend you for your choice to go without gear, but please spare those of us who do the holier than thou tone. kthnx.
**Back on Topic** The suit looks like it's a good fit. I would take Jesse's advice, I hear he knows what he's talking about when it comes to gear.http://www.thewarehousegym.net/ - PL/SM gym on the South Side of Houston owned by Dr. Zach McVey

tator in a suit, looks good man!!!
In my gym gear and powerlifting are curse words... god damn oit i feel so nostalgic, i just wanna go back to my good ol' sumo deads, wide ass par squats, chains and bands, oh how i miss it. and benching, been so long since i benched
Good luck Iron Brother, powerlifting or olympic, were all the same. Were all trying to make heavy chunks of iron defy gravity.

Wow, I never knew squat suits added so much. Maybe I could take my state squat record for the junior 181's. I just made that thread about me doing 315 for 10 being my new PR with only a belt, let's say my squat max is around 390... Squat record for IL is like 430. Your suit added more than 40 pounds, right? That'd be pretty sweet. Plus I'm only 21, so 2 more years in the juniors... Maybe it's time to compete! w00t.

oh yea, i didnt even get in a warm up set.
so my squat at that moment was around 315, i havent squatted at all in 2 weeks, and have been running. I know i could have got 405. So i know it added more than 40. I cant wait until i get used to it and add knee wraps, i plan to hit around 455 soon in it, by November.
And yes, you could get 430 with a suit.Owner of Southern Style Trucks - Houston, Texas.

Good luck with the suit. Like JK said practice in it.
It will get more comfortable. They seem to stretch up about a size once broken in.
Ignore the people flaming. They don't compete, so they don't know.
Also, try it for deads. Some people have a harder time getting the form. It won't make a huge difference, but it can give you a little pop off the floor.

seriously why would you use that you dont even lift that much. Those are meant for guys who are pushing more than 800 and are at the point where they only make gains that are like 5-10 lbs a year. Anything under that is just a way of cheating to see yourself lift more.
Best lifts
Bench 300
Squat 430
Clean 262

thanks for the commendment, but my point is that I wouldnt use gear because lets say you have a 300 pound bench. u throw on a shirt and it puts it up to 350 or somewhere around there, the shirt didnt magically give u strength within you. thats awesome for you guys for setting new records congrats but i rather make new PR's raw, my self. sorry if i offended any gear users...
