    is it bad to bench press by

    not by sets but till u reach like 100 or 150??non stop??or if u do like 5-6 then then rest a lil then do more till u reach like 150

    bad you do not want to do 150 reps that way to many and if you can do that many you need to add alot more weight

    people will argue that its alright to do once every couple months or so to 'shock' your muscle tissue, but it wont give you gains if you do high reps like that every workout.

    Our football coach tells us to rep the bar 100 times benching, 135lbs 100 times squatting. He said it's muscle endurance. I haven't done it yet. But I hear it's really tiring.
