    cardio on "off" week?

    Ok guys, I basically took this week off of training because I have been under a lot of stress with college(phys ed major) projects and I jammed my fourth finger playing volleyball, but it didn't really affect my lifting, just hurt like heck.

    Thing is, I hate having to take a week off without doing anything, should I do some cardio to do some kind of activity besides walking and such?

    Yeah, you should at least throw in cardio a couple times if you're not going to be lifting. Keep your diet in check, do some cardio, and don't worry about the time off.

    Do low intensity cardio. HIIT may slow down deconditionning.
