Ok guys, I basically took this week off of training because I have been under a lot of stress with college(phys ed major) projects and I jammed my fourth finger playing volleyball, but it didn't really affect my lifting, just hurt like heck.
Thing is, I hate having to take a week off without doing anything, should I do some cardio to do some kind of activity besides walking and such?
