I need a real good back routine preferably 3 or 4 excercises.

Here's what i do:
Pull-ups : warm-up (bodyweight) about 10-12
30lbs x 10
50lbs x 5
bodyweight x 12-15
Bent-over Row: 245 x 10
275 x 5
225 x 12 - 15
Good-mornings/deadlift : 4-5 total sets, usually 2 heavy sets
weight and reps vary
usually superset above exercise with some kind of cable row or pull down
Good luck bro,
DanBench : 330 x 1
Squat : 435 x 5
Dead Lift : 405 x 5

"Hey guys I want a full workout program and you have to come up with it without knowing a thing about me. I could just use the search button or *gasp* read the stickies and cook something up myself but you guys are all here and since you're getting payed for it and all you can just do all the work for me if that's ok.
Oh and I need a full diet plan to gain muscle while losing fat too.
