The kitchen sucks but aside from that, fantastic house. Great price. What's the catch other than having to live in Iowa? That basement is nice and has a lot of potential. That's the kind of house that would look great for movies.

It's a nice old house but it probably needs a massive money pit amount of work. Also don't know anything about Fort Dodge or Iowa for that matter. I do see on Wiki the population of Ft Dodge is consistently declining since 1970, despite a 90% white demo. Locals must know something we don't to not be getting in on that deal.

Aside from the one going for 380 they all look horrible and need some major work on the inside, easily another 60-100k not to mention 5k to the local church to perform an exorcist on the house

Guys the pros and cons is that it's Fort Dodge, IA. Yes, there isn't fuk all to do. You just drink. No astronauts etc. Very typical home prices of the Midwest.
