Just sharing information all, was looking to add more though was not able to add more attachments. If you haven't tried it before, believe me, it can brutal in the beginning. However, the results far outweigh the struggles. Feel free to share your experiences, as this is a strategy I've been using for years with positive results.

Some argue there actions that happen with the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems (starvation, fight or flight, blah blah). I would argue there is some merit but not much as people argue. Yes, you do get some clarity by fasting... however, a lot of people I talk to also get a lot more clarity after they have changed their diets to a more appropriate model and macro break down.
For instance, I knew a guy who complained about brain fog and how IF helped him! But when asking what he ate for breakfast before it was shocking...a man in his 40's eating frosted flakes and a big glass of OJ. Well yeah, no sh*t. However, when I got him on eating a simple light egg wrap breakfast, he said was the same level of focused as on IF.
IF is an amazing placebo and "possibly" a health boon but it's really a good way for most to auto-regulate their bad behaviors or lack of real understanding of portion control.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=180003183&p=1635918623#post1635918623

Started do 16/8 fasting one week a month and feel great after that. At this particular moment i ams searching information about some supplements on canadian pharmacy website, as i think that will help me to feel even better than i do now. Fasting is anyway stress for the body , so i am trying to find ways to compensate that
