I started lifting end of 2017,didn’t know what I was doing just learned stuff online..Worked out 5 days a week tho and was pretty consistent but wasn’t eating properly.By the end of 2019 I think I had somewhat of a decent progress as a natty lifter(No supplements except whey).I was close to hitting a 225 bench and 315 squat but already hit 405 deadlift. Everything seemed to be going good till covid started lol.Fast forward to 2022 is when I got bavk to gym again properly, this time I started off with creatine and protein.Didn’t count my calories but I made sure I ate atleast 6 eggs and took 2 scoops of protein and a scoop of creatine and drank enough water. When I started lifting I weighed 62 kg(136.4lbs) and now I weight 82 kg(180.4lbs)..Here are some progress pics..Let me know what you guys think

Great progress man! You can really see the improvements in your physique over the years. And nice work on those lifts too - 225 bench, 315 squat, 405 dead is no joke, especially as a natty. It's tough to stay consistent at times but you've clearly put in the work. Creatine and protein were smart additions. As long as the mirror is showing progress, you're doing something right. Keep it up - can't wait to see where you're at a few years from now with continued training. Always room to grow but you should be proud of your dedication to the process so far.
