You can’t make friends/meet girls at the library

People say you can make friends or meet a girlfriend at the library…no you are incorrect and you are false.

People are at the library to study, do assignments or read. They come to the library either alone or with friends or with their classmates to do work. They are there to work and talk to the people they came with either casually or about their work.

If they are alone they are concentrating on work and most likely have air pods or ear buds in (or in 2012-2016 big bulky overhead Beats by Dre’s on). They don’t want to talk to you and you have no right to disturb their personal time studying when they are concentrating and working hard.

A random stranger isn’t gonna befriend a guy or girl or meet a girl to wife up at the library like people suggest online.

Yes, if you’re a college student you can meet another college student at the school library if you’re good looking. Even then online would be the preferred method for college aged people.

But random 23+ year old guy going to the library to try meet girls or make friends won’t work and the people who suggest it have never met a friend or picked up a girl at the library.

They are simple COPING because they want to seem like a never give up good guy with a good attitude online.

I've met a few friends at the library. If it's a university library and you work in there on a daily basis. I've made quite a few friends in the university library. It's a great place to meet people if you both frequent it often enough.

Plus, the university environment negates much of that "creep in public" factor girls naturally erect against male strangers. It's a safe environment and you're obviously educated and somewhat normal enough if you're at the university, provided you're not fronting or stalking and don't actually attend the university.
