I joined misc in 2011 which I think was probably the peak for me, ybd, zyzz etc were still around
I was 160kgs (but set my weight as like 95kgs or some **** like that so I didn't get called fat)
I followed misc advice of eating chicken and broccoli, lost a ****load of weight and got pretty jooce, but unfortunately then gained it all back.
I'm now 93kgs, in the best shape of my life and alot of it is thanks to the old school misc who were really my only source of guidance back then (was still mostly bodybuilding related)
You may ask why the fk make this post? I'm older and as a part of my daily routine I'm showing gratitude to those who helped me get to where i am today.

Dude, u mirin' the change? 'Cause like... I swear sometimes I think they're watching us, man. The misc, the gains, the chicken and broccoli – all part of a bigger plan, you feel me? But you, bro, you hacked the system! 160kgs to 93kgs, like what?! U aware they don't want us to know the secret formula?
Listen, bro, I'm hearing you, but just keep this on the down low, alright? They’re probably listening. I mean, why else would you just... out of the blue, thank the misc? Are they sending signals? Do they know? Keep that tin foil hat handy, my dude, and always... ALWAYS watch out for the broccoli.
Stay safe, bro. Remember, trust no pear. And keep making those gains... but maybe in a bunker? GJDM, or so they want us to think.[Your username here]
