Pretty solid regiment, OP. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I would really like to see some pics of people who have used cream etc for 10-20 years and some people who haven't who still have nice skin.. Like, does it really make that much of a difference. I have really great skin and have never used anything super consistently. It just looks good naturally. In fact, when I use most creams/moisturizers etc, my skin gets irritated. I have tried so many different ones. I've had a handful of skin problems throughout my life, small stuff like dry skin eczema etc, and almost nothing helps except for the most basic/light/non scented products I can find used only on the problem areas in conjunction with some kind of medicated cream

But ya, having a big skin regimen, covering my entire body with moisturizer daily has never been much help to me

Apparently you don’t want to use moisturizer daily because it discourages the natural ability of the skin to self exfoliate

Cleanser and toner to refresh should be enough unless you live in a climate with unusually dry air

Also most sunscreens don’t do what they should. You need a mineral based sunscreen with iron oxide, zinc, and titanium (ideally all 3 because they each block different parts of the UV spectrum)
