I've been hearing liberals screech about these guys for almost the entire year now, maybe a bit longer. That Fox moderator even dropped their group name in the first debate while trying to derail it by ranting about white supremacy, an issue that Trump had already clearly denounced numerous times since 2015.

Yet I still don't really know who they are. Is this the worst thing they actually do? Having laughable, corny "initiation" rituals that resemble something like what a group of college nerds would do to get into their local comic book superhero fan club?

Again, I don't know much at all about this "Proud Boys" group. What else is so terrible about them that makes them a signficant issue beyond some people having their feelings hurt on the internet? Have they held large "protests", "demonstrations", etc. that frequently burst out in violence and looting? Do they do anything like antifa enthusiasts have been up to the last few years?
