Hello guys, I'm 20 years old, 170 lbs, 6'. I have been lifting 3 times a week the past 2 months, and on/off for the past 6 years.
Diet:
1. 2-3 eggs Egg, spinach, 1/6th of a red bell pepper [fried like an omlete on a cast iron] sandwhich on whole wheat (600+ calories). If i'm really hungry, I'll make 2.
2. Potatoes, chicken patty (1-2) asparagus, cheese, salsa, ranch (600-1200 calories)
3. Oats + peanut butter + whey isolate shake in milk (1000 calories).
4. Burritos with beef, egg, celery, red bell pepper. (600-1000 each).
repeat any as needed. Apples, granola bars, bananas in between meals. Sunflower seeds (shelled), pistachios, walnuts, etc.
5. Greek yogurt (live cultures, unsweetend) + vitamin d 1000 IU after breakfast.
Workout plan:
Strong lifts 5x5 M W F. Throw in laying down tricep extensions, hammer curls, curls, lunges, incline bench, shrugs as needed while alternating. I have a gym (squat rack, barbells, bench, dumbells) at home so there's no excuse to not lift.
Question:
Can I attain zyzz physique? If not can anyone pm me zyzz's complete cycle I think I'm ready for this. (half srs)

Depends on lots of things I do believe he was taking sups. Oh and he died at 21. I wouldn’t follow the same path as him because 22 and onward is pretty fun too.I'm not here for rage. I'm here for revenge!

You look like you weigh 135 soaking wet with the clothes you are wearing in your pic, bro.
Looking at your shoulder structure and imagining how easy it is to move your arms up without the fabric meeting any resistance from boulder like shoulders, I would say you have zero chance. Even if you tren hard and take a multi.
You were born a beta. I imagine your father and any siblings you have would look like dorks too.

The OP does not have the structure to even think about it. I am surprised he even weighs 170 at 6 foot. I am 6 foot and weigh 200. I look much bigger than him. It means he is around his peak natural body with very little to show. It is his genetics you dumb ****.

I am all round built bro.
Just take time. You will not look like zyzz. As mentioned above, he was not natty.
You can get pretty big, so don't worry. At 200 pounds, with or without facial hair, you can mog most people. I am just unsure if you can get to this size without looking like a bloat lord. You may have to go the slow path as muscles improve in quality as you get older.
Get them traps and shoulders up. I am surprised the squatting hasn't brought out your traps though. These should be big enough to pop out with clothing with the exception of winter jackets.
