Sweet things to eat on a cut

I guess this could probably go in a nutrition portion but....

What do you guys eat when you want something sweet like ice cream on a serious cut?? I do not wanna mess up my macros too much, and everything has hella fat and sugar in it....

nonfat greek yogurt with protein powder mixed in, microwaved quest bars, & Halo Top ice cream...all around 200 calories, are very satiating/high protein, & taste pretty damn good imo

Ditto halo and other “lite” ice creams...skinny cow, low cow, etc...a lot of them are very low calorie and high protein.

Also - good tasting protein bars, and/or a small piece of real candy with a glass of milk. 2 Reece’s cups and a glass of milk is about 300 calories and 14g protein, not the best but not the worst and it’s satisfying.

Damn. Peanut butter cups and milk sounds so good right now. Yeah, this might be more of a nutrition question. But, as the saying goes, IIFYM.... At the end of the day, calorie intake control is more important than macros (IMO, as long as you're not blowing it 100% carbs).... have some fruit.

Some of the bikini competitors eat sliced cucumbers covered in some flavoured Splenda powders. I don't like sweets so I've never tried that. Not a fan of artificial flavouring either.

Whatever I want, just smaller portions than I'd normally want.

I've had badddddd ice cream cravings for a long time now on my diet plan. I found a watermelon sherbert at Baskin Robbins that is fantastic and like 100 calories per scoop. So I get one scoop of that and one scoop of vanilla for 300-ish calories total. Hasn't been a problem to fit that in.

Just discovered frozen banana ice cream... Freeze a banana overnight, blend it up with a teaspoon of cocoa power and add half a cup of skim milk and some blueberries to the blend. It comes out as a chocolate ice cream consistency and tastes fantastic for about 150 calories.

Diet soda. All different kinds but Coke Zero Cherry, A&W Diet Cream Soda and Diet 7up are current favorites.

Low calorie ice cream, protein shake mixed with milk, and greek yogurt, and low calorie fruit. You can find a lot of "low calorie" snacks and food in the market that might help curb your cravings

I've yet to find Coke Zero Cherry. I see you're US - where do you find it? I've checked Walmart and Kroger.

Walmart for me brother. It's worth searching for. Vanilla Coke Zero was a disappointment but ORANGE Vanilla Zero is a game-changer.
