My wife and I got together (Although I knew her since we were 5 years old). Back then no one thought we would stay together because she was white and I was Puerto Rican.
5 kids later and 7 grandchildren (one more on the way) and we are still going strong together. I remember when we had nothing and yet we made it worked, I was working in a factory making violins, cellos, base and violas earning $200 a week, she lived with her parents and I lived with mine and by the time I was 24 and her 25 we had 5 kids and boy did we struggled.
Nothing came easy for us, but we leaned on each other through bad times and and with the grace of God we managed. This woman is my better half, without her I would be nothing.....
