Hey all. I feel Like I have made really poor progress over the last few years. I had originally started lifting in like 2013 but I injured myself, didn't have gym equipment easily accessible and was in general in a bad position. I had re started lifting and training around september 2016 and switched routines like a bunch of times because I was confused about hypertrophy which resulted in gaining very little strength. I'm currently on the beginning powerbuilding routine.
