    ****ty Progress after 3 years; Cut now?

    Hey all. I feel Like I have made really poor progress over the last few years. I had originally started lifting in like 2013 but I injured myself, didn't have gym equipment easily accessible and was in general in a bad position. I had re started lifting and training around september 2016 and switched routines like a bunch of times because I was confused about hypertrophy which resulted in gaining very little strength. I'm currently on the beginning powerbuilding routine.

    Height: 5'8
    Weight: 183

    I restarted at these weights:
    SQ:120
    BP:65
    Dl:135
    OHP:55
    Row:65

    I'm Now at:
    SQ: 300x6
    BP: 190x6x4
    DL: 295x6
    OHP: 125x6x4
    Row: 185x6x4

    Yeah, I was overweight for a big chunk of my life before 2013. I cant really do much about the loose skin and it pisses me off.

    Yeah it sucks, but it should resolve on its own over time. You don't have it as bad as most.

    You have vascularity going up into your delt. I know a lot of that is genetic but I don't even have that right now. Everyone has their own good/bad aspects to their physique, don't dwell on the negative too much. It can only get better with time as you add more muscle.
