    Exclamation Whey Protein or Mass Gainer for a skinny start?

    Hey,

    First of all, I want to start working out but I am quite unsure of what supplement I should consume (and btw, it is really hard to get foods with high protein in my area so it's best, I'll say it again it's best if I consume protein powder). I've looked and researched everywhere but the resources I found doesn't seem to help.

    I am 17 years old, super skinny, 178cm tall and weight around 45 - 50kg.

    I am on my summer holidays now and I'll be back to school around late August and by that time I want to at least have some progress, by means that at least have a difference in my overall appearance and yeah I'm not expecting a drastic change that's why I need the best powder to achieve this change.

    Protein powder, if you really need it. Mass gainers are just processed food. You'd be better off just eating whole foods that are high in calories, like nuts, pasta, peanut butter, avocados etc etc.

    Mass gainer is no different than just eating food.

    Protein powder is only needed if you can't meet your protein intake.

    Fu** the supplements of unless you need them and in this case you don't need them

    Put yourself in a calorie surplus, lift heavy and use compound movements mostly but controlled and meet your macro and micronutrintes daily

    EAT SOME DAMN FOOD BRO! I was that hiehgt at 17 and weighed 68kg (18kg more than you)
