For me it would be a homemade pumpkin pie shake. The directions are as follows:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk or regular milk
1 scoop whey protein powder
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 tbsp. stevia
Pumpkin pie spice
1 graham cracker sheet
Put in a blender and let it do it's thing. It came out like a nice pumpkin pie milk shake and reminded me of DQ's Pumpkin Pie Blizzard.

I am in- I make Protein Brownies. This is a recipe I follow. No flour in this at all.
Ingredients
3 medium, overripe bananas-approximately 1 cup
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter or almond butter
2 T - 1/4 cup cocoa powder
1-2 scoops of protein powder
Preheat the oven the 350 degrees, grease a small cake pan or loaf pan and set aside.
In a small microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, melt your nut butter.
In a blender, food processor, or using your hands, combine the bananas, cocoa powder, protein powder and nut butter until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the greased pan and bake for around 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into pieces.

awwwright! mine favorite recipe I created was the Nitrotech Gold Chocolate Rice Krispies Recipe
Instructions:
1. In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 scoop of Nitrotech Gold Whey with 60g of chocolate rice crisps.
2. In a saucepan, melt 1 TBSP of butter and add in 4 jumbo marshmallows. Keep stirring until all of the marshmallows are melted.
(You can also melt the marshmallows in the microwave by greasing a microwave safe bowl, adding in the marshmallows, and microwaving for 30 seconds or until fully melted.)
3. Pour the melted marshmallows into the bowl with the chocolate crisps and Nitrotech Gold Whey.
4. Spray canned oil onto your hands and grab a chunk of the mixture.
5. Create a ball shape using your hands and place on a plate.

growing up, rice crispy treats were a staple at my house. here is a more grown-up, high-protein twist on the classic version -- minus the sugar laden marshmallows of course! instead, the recipe uses honey, butter and almond butter to bind the rice cereal and the addition of high-fiber oatmeal makes these that much healthier than the originals...but just as delicious! we whip up a batch of these at least once a month.
RECOVERY RICE & OAT CRISPY TREATS
Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter
1/3 cup Honey
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 scoop 100% Whey Protein Powder Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Rice Crispies
1/2 cup Plain Oatmeal
1/4 cup Smooth Almond Butter
1 dash Cooking Spray, Non-Stick
Directions
1. Spray a 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray.
2. In a large post over low heat, melt the butter and stir in the honey, almond butter and vanilla.
3. Turn heat off and then stir in the protein powder, oats and rice cereal.
4. Press the mixture into the pan and let cool or refrigerate for 20 minutes.
5. Cut into squares and decimate!"MuscleTech Supporter"

I have to try some of these recipes. I have never made anything with protein anywhere near as fancy as some of these. The best I can do is sludge. It seems to come out different every time. But I love it.
1-2 scoops protein powder (any flavor really, but I tend to stick with chocolate or vanilla for the most part. I mix them sometimes.....I'm just a wild man)
1 tablespoon or so of natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon or so of coconut oil
1 tablespoon or so of natural honey (locally sourced)
oats, chia seeds, and/or granola depending on what I have on hand
almond or cashew milk a little at a time while I stir and get it to the desired consistency
Then I put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes or so, because it seems to taste better a little chilled.
That's it. Nothing fancy. But it is very filling and tastes great and is a good substitute for other things that I may want to eat that I know I shouldn't.SOME PREVIOUS LOGS:

Those look freaking incredible!!
My billy big azz protein shake is staple for me.
Pretty simple, but delicious.
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop whey
1 oz sugar free coffee syrup (whichever flavor goes well with whey)
1 banana
3 cups ice
Blend in Ninja for about 10 minutes and you have a big frothy shake.
Sometimes I will mix it with whey, and other times just eat it with a spoon like a milkshake.Hyper-Gro Log Thread - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166103841

In for the recipes.
I used to do the bowl cake thing often with protein powder. Found if use scoop of vegan protein powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, bit of egg whites and some almond milk turns out decent. Better with a nut butter when it's done but still warm so it melts some, like almond or even sunflower butter. Did not work with the beef protein powder but need to figure out a recipe other than the "microwave protein brownie bowl" one I found on youtube that was more for whey protein.
Some nice sounding recipes posted so far on here. Might have to try some out.Gym Max: 229/126/305

if you love chocolate as much as i do, this Chocolate Mug Cake is a "MUST TRY" recipe! you will be shocked as to how good this Mug Cake REALLY is. its ooey and gooey and will satisfy the most serious sweet tooth....guaranteed!! best of all its all done in a single large coffee mug so cleanup is a breeze. if you havent already, youve got to give this one a try!
Ingredients
Makes 1 Serving
1 scoop chocolate MuscleTech whey protein powder
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp Stevia
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg white
2 tbsp milk (skimmed, almond etc)
And a little water to thin down
1: Mix all the dry ingredients in a mug with a fork until well blended and there are no clumps.
2: Add in the egg white and milk and mix until smooth.
3: Drop in any extras (i like a few extra chocolate chips or a dollop of peanut butter) in the middle at this point if you like!
4: Microwave for around 1 minute on high (give or take some time depending on your microwave), but watch it. It will start to bubble over the top. If this happens, stop microwaving, press batter back into mug with fork, and continue microwaving. DONT overcook!
5: When finished, the cake should be cooked but still very moist. It's okay if not all the batter has cooked.
6. The whole cake, as pictured, comes in at only around 170 calories and contains about 35g of protein!"I Support MuscleTech"

Some nice protein treats in here. My favorites are the simple ones I make daily, like proats and 0% greek yogurt with protein powder. I also make protein pancakes. Add egg whites, banana, oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder and blend. Add blueberries into the batter and mix. Put a skillet on medium-high heat and cook like a regular pancake.

Chocolate and Peanut Butter are two of my favorite things in the world. so naturally, any combination of the two will attract me like a magnet! unfortunately, both are very high in calories and fat which severely limits my ability to indulge.
these Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge cups will let you get your chocolate/PB fix without the guilt, but with all the taste of your favorite store-bought treat!
in this recipe, fudge is made into a health food (sort of). the butter and sugar that make traditional fudge so bad for you are replaced with cholesterol-free coconut oil, honey and Stevia. Two scoops of any MuscleTech Chocolate Whey gives the treat a kick of protein and extra nutrients.
Chocolate Protein Peanut Butter Cups Recipe
Yields 24
Per piece:
85 cal
7 g fat (4 g sat)
3.5 g carbs
19 mg sodium
2 g protein
Ingredients
1/2 cup (112 grams) virgin coconut oil, softened
2 scoops (47 grams) MuscleTech Whey in chocolate
1/2 cup (128 grams) salted creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup (20 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons (42 grams) honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 drops liquid Stevia
Preparation
Fill a mini-muffin pan with 24 liners; set aside.
In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin liner.
Place the muffin pan in the refrigerator for 45-60 minutes or until the fudge firms up. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, but they NEVER last that long!Last edited by gailh; 03-12-2017 at 01:59 PM.
