Hillary was interviewed by the FBI for 3.5 hours 3 days ago. She is currently on Air Force One campaigning with Obama.

I will say that James Comey (FBI Director) appears to be an upstanding guy. Known for being an Independent, leaning slightly Republican. Tried to take down the Clintons' scamming associates, managed to get convictions but Bill pardoned half of them. He worked so hard on that case too...who knows man, he might be getting his revenge.

You've got to figure that if the FBI was planning on taking her in, they'd have done so on Saturday when they interviewed her. The statement that they're making will likely be that she's being cleared of charges.

Once Loretta Lynch came out and said she would accept whatever the FBI recommended you had to know the fix was in. She was really saying "I'll accept what I told the FBI they were going to recommend to me".

I would laugh really hard though if he did say they were going to indict her.

To be honest, the more I think about this, the less I feel like what we'd like to happen is going to. You've got to figure that if the FBI was planning on taking her in, they'd have done so on Saturday when they interviewed her. The statement that they're making will likely be that she's being cleared of charges.

That and why would they publically announce it prior to taking her in? The FBI isn't a game show where they want to leave the audience in suspense and say "surprise we're indicting her!" and then go get her. They would assure that she was in custody, then announce it. Especially someone who could live on the run with all of the money and resources she and her husband have, even if she is a highly recognizable person.

AND Obama is just now starting to campaign with her. You think he would do that if he didn't already know the outcome of the investigation? He wouldn't be wasting his time if she was going to be indicted.

Security issue, highly illegal, and amateur hackers as well as foreign intelligence agencies were able to access the data. The investigation was believed to be closing soon and a decision announced, and later this month she would become the official nominee of the Democratic party for the federal election.

Well to be fair she was investigated 6 times over Benghazi by Republican-led Congress, and each time they didn't manage to find wrongdoing on her part. I don't think Republicans would pass on the opportunity to take Hillary down. Hopefully this email situation is different though.
