I'm 21 years old and have been training for 7 months in powerlifting with no other lifting background and my current best lifts are 315lb squat 215lb bench and a 405lb deadlift id like to double my squat and bench and deadlift around 600lbs realistically how long would that take with consistent training and proper rest?
