*Newbie*
I tried both and both are great.
But like everything out there, there is something that some one doesn't like.
Scivation◀️◀️
Bought it for like 22$ 30 servings
When I mixed it properly the flavor was strong! To me it tasted too sweet. When I underdosed the servings it was amazing. But I did notice more of a soreness .
BSN◀️◀️
Bought it for 20$ 30 servings
The flavor is great not too strong not too light . Love it . One thing I dislike was once I mixed it the mixture turned fizzy almost like it was cafinated. YUCK.
Anyways both were good bcaas. Would I buy them again? No. Only because I am new to the supplement world and I want to try as many as I can 😬
💥 If you have tried Em both let me know what you think
💥 What bcaa should I buy next! What is your favorite ?

Thanks for posting that! Check your PM
They have not, and I fully expect them not to. From a sinister business standpoint (thinking like the car companies who refused to replace bad airbags across their entire fleets), that post loses them less money than reformulating a legitimate product would. There's tens of thousands of kids shopping at GNC who will never see that post and won't see that bracketed sub-proprietary blend.
Maybe some day we'll see them come out with a "new and improved formula", which will be more open, and we can claim some sort of moral victory. But that product has had to be insanely profitable for years, and they'd be sad to see that go.
And while we're being fair and honest, one of our favorite brands, PES, is doing the same BCAA-sub-proprietary formula thing with Amino IV, and it'd be nice if they'd disclose BCAA content there as well.
For those who don't know what I'm talking about:
Due to the BRACKETS which make the BCAAs into "one ingredient", every other amino acid could technically have more product than each individual BCAA itself. But most people (myself included) don't catch that at first.Founder of PricePlow - Bodybuilding.com Affiliate

Xtend is quality. Don't underdose it though...a lot of people argue that BCAAs are unnecessary, but if you're going to use them, you may as well use them right, and that requires using enough to actually stimulate MPS. IMO their mango and green apple are the best, but if it's sweetness that's the issue, they do have some flavors that are more tart...personally I like their sweeter flavors so maybe someone else can come on and recommend which sour flavors are best.

Scivation Xtend wins this one forsure in my opinion. It has a great profile and shows the ingredients, unlike the proprietary blend in Amino X. Also I like like that scivation is sweet and they have a variety flavors. I like to have a gallon jug with me when I workout, and Xtend in my case is the best for that because I only have to use 1 scoop and it tastes good, not to watered down and not super sweet. If i did that with amino X it would take me at least 2 scoops then im screwed with servings in tub getting cut in half per gym session and more money out the door... Xtend for the win!!

okay, understandable, but I was stating my input on the way i like to drink my aminos. If he did the same, then it might steer him to go more that route. both are decent products but xtend still has the edge with its profile, and taste.. Plus it fills my whole jug in 1 scoop, which is a plus. (for me)

Another +1 for Xtend. Currently got the Blue Razz and Strawberry Kiwi flavors. Both decent!
