Changing my question around from first post. When I'm doing drop sets do I only do this once per muscle part? Example if I'm doing chest and say I'm doing Incline dumb bells then incline fly's fallowed by flat bench bar then finish decline, do I just do incline bells drops with say 100lbs for 8 then 80lbs for 6 then 60lbs for 6. After that continue with sets of 3 on other routines or add drops to say flat bench?
