Cool Trying to track my macros to aid in weight loss. Help please!

Hey! I'm a 21 year old female weighing 160 pounds and 5'10" tall. I have a slender frame but would like to lose about 15 pounds and tone up a bit. For about a week now I've been eating ~100g of carbs, ~100g of protein, and ~40g of fat a day averaging about 1200 cal. I haven't weighed myself yet but haven't seen any noticeable difference in the week. (i know it has only been a week).

I'd just like to be sure that this is a suitable distribution for me! I go to the gym 6 times a week, mostly strength training but the occasional cardio is involved.

    Thank you!

I used the app myfitnesspal to find a rough estimate and it told me 133g protein, 116g carbs, and 37g fat. I can never figure out how to get more than about 100g of protein a day so I just aim for 100. Should I decrease my carbs too?
