Hey Guys,
I joined this forum cause I need help - a lot of it.
I'm a vegetarian, and I want to gain muscle mass. Currently I weigh about 130 lbs. and i've gotten to 155 lbs before but did it eating the wrong things like sweets, chocolates and stuff.
Does anyone know of any nutritional plans for vegetarians where I can gain the right type of mass without putting on that much fat as well?
I'm really new and bad at this so any help would be great.
