08-16-2015, 05:55 AM #8Upon looking at Tessa David's instagram page, she clearly loves her bacon and other meats. To heal and recover, Cheerleader Tessa David needs to go vegan and eat more plants.
Her current diet nearly killed her and left her broken.
This has nothing to do with eating meat. She pushed her body over the limit and probably took some drugs at some point.

Went vegan 3 years ago bro. Before that ate some meat here and there but never liked dairy except for cheese. Ate eggs sometimes, but wasnt a big fan.
Since going vegan, I just feel healthier, more energetic and just have a better outlook on life in general. Funny cos my background is Eastern European where people are raised on meat and dairy.

Yeah I like to spread some vegan message here and there but also teach others whats possible and how to lead a healthier life.
Ive no problems with people eating meat, Im the only one who is vegan now in my family and most of my friends arent vegan but are starting to eat less and less animal products by seeing how good its working out for me. Im 35 but feel like im 20. Helps when my GF is 22 haha who is also vegan
I guess when you read and watch all the stuff I have about diet and longevity, most people would turn away from animal products but its so hard wired into our society and marketing that most people dont think twice about eating whatever they see in front of them. More people get their nutrition info from fast food TV ads than anything else, especially young guys.
If you would of asked me to go vegan 5 years ago, I would of laughed and said you are crazy tree hugger... but after reading and learning more about the human physiology and science behind our diets, it just made a lot of sense to go vegan.
I've always been into health and been lifting a bit of weights since I was 15.

I feel sorry for vegans who are stupid enough to think that type of eating is actually healthy. You are getting zero fats from anything and all you're doing is eating carbs. And it attracts psychopaths and sociopaths like that fuking kunt vegan gains.
Lol at that video. Fuking idiot knows nothing about food. But it's his useless life so he can do whatever
