Hi guys, first of all, thank you for reading and helping me guys. So, I've been working out seriously around one and half years, and my body has changed so much. I am now much bigger than I was before, and people think that I do barbell bench press really heavy (because my chest is really big). But I actually max out only at 180 lbs ! (I am 5'11 and BW is 160 lbs) I got stuck at 180 lbs for like a year, and I can't go up. I have done many researches about how to improve the barbell bench press, and they didn't work for me. I don't know if it's because of my body or because of the way I train. For dumbbell press, I can do 70 lbs for 5 reps and max out at 80 lbs for 2 or maybe 3 reps, but for barbell press..... I am really sad now guys, is there still any way that I can improve my barbell bench press ? Thanks a lots guys
