    Post MCT oil. What to put it in and when?

    im wondering if putting it in a drink or food is the better option. Any opinions? And when? How often.

    I've never cooked with it as I've heard the smoke point is really low. If you're going to experiment, go with low heat. I have mixed it with some of my protein shakes before, you barely notice it. I know people who put it in their bulletproof coffee, but to each his/her own.

    First why do you need it? If you need more fats in your diet just cooking with it ^^^ on low heat….I feel like it wouldn't taste that good in a drink…I tried EVOO in a shake before…not too tasty

    Avocado Oil is expensive but I swear I think its the best cooking oil. Sadly, I use mostly olive oil because its less than half the price of Avocado Oil.

    If the purpose is fat loss then simply replace some of the fats in your diet with an isocaloric amount of coconut oil.

    Best to keep in mind that the fat loss potential is there but it is very, very mild.

    Agreed. I've been using Sesame Oil (semi refined) or Extra Light Olive Oil.


    I do love Avocado Oil though.
