    Low protein for powerlifting

Should I worry about low protein intake as long I'm eating enough calories as long I'm hitting PRs on the big lifts ?

My protein intake is around 70-120g at 145lbs bodyweight.

    Define "low protein intake"

One or two days here & there won't hurt you but if this is a daily thing I'd start to worry

Well usually people recommend 1g per bodyweight on protein intake.
    maybe .5-.75 is considered low

~0.6 to ~0.8 grams per pound of bodyweight is the usual minimum recommendation.

If you're still making progress, why would you worry? That doesn't make sense.
