I got a Cage DVD with a Universal Promo I won awhile back. I can't count how many times I've watched it before going to the gym. Looking forward to the 2015 Arnold.

Was there IRL though. Some pretty amazing feats and crazy energy all around the Cage. This year will be my 10th Arnold Classic. Can't wait.

I always look forward to seeing what goes on in the cage but I am very excited for all of the powerlifting events at the Arnold this year. Between the XPC and the USAPL/IPF, I think there are about 8 competitions that weekend. Should be a lot of heavy $hit being moved around all over the whole venue.

Me and a few friends are making the trip to the Arnold this year. Beyond excited.
Leaving Thursday night, arriving Friday morning, staying until Sunday.
8 hr drive AYYYYYEEEE

My first arnold, no idea what to expect. Is there still lots of free supps and shirts given away? Or has it grown so much there isn't enough for everyone to have massive hauls?
Regardless, I am definitely going to check out the Cage when I'm there without a doubt.

Expect thousands of teenage lemmings clamoring around for free samples of preworkout and protein powder without any real interest in the dozens of events going on around them.

The best thing that could happen to the Arnold is eliminating the free samples

Dammit. And without my beard (damn you career fair), I'm going to look like one of those lemmings. I am 100% checking out the cage no matter what, but if I had the money to drop I would have loved to see men's bodybuilding among other things. As far as free samples go, I would mind tshirts (future gym shirts) and protein powder, but if they got rid of them I'd still go. Expo itself is dirt cheap as is.

The expo has a certain "flea market" mentality, yup... But ya wont find that in the CAGE, good, bad or otherwise.

Too bad the deadlift event got changed to Sunday. Would love to drink and party with ya on Saturday after my meet.
