Well I started in May 2013. I lost 75lbs quickly enough (in around 10 months) but then I plateaud out for quite a while. I kinda gave up for a bit since nothing was working (reduced my cals, increased exercise, no change). I'm being more meticulous about foods and quantities this time (I've still been lifting the whole time, and doing cardio) so hopefully I can start losing again. Right now I just want to get under 300.. that'd be a good phsych boost.

I've reached my first goal of 190 lbs but gonna cut down a little bit more, ignore that ****gy time tank top in the first pic don't know why I bought it lmao
