as a young chid i used to game diablo II/wow every possible waking hour. after graduating in 09 my vg habit has basically dwindled down to nothing. tried to pick up wow again a few months ago and was able to play like maybe 3-4 hours a day before i wanted to blow my brains out. don't exactly remember the last time i've gamed hard tbh. if i found a dope game i'd probably go full nerdmode again tho (at least i like to think i would, but it seems i lose interest quick now)

FFXI was my game tho, fuk man, my linkshell/clan were like real comrades. That game literally puts you through hell and when you go city to city on foot it feels like a real journey. Overcame a lot of chit, never knew them in person but damn I kind of miss that part of my life. Didn't try to speed level, just tried to enjoy the scenery and chit, took me forever to hit the cap just because I avoided leveling and took my time

Heartbroken when I came back months later to find everyone moved on. But like I said before, paying the price now and it's difficult to find a real life social circle to kick it with. Wish I could go back sometimes.
