Post time required?

Sorry if it's the wrong section but how long exactly does it take to submit a topic in the...'Your articles' thread for example? I submitted one like 3 days ago and it's still not posted yet.

It has to be approved first. If it isn't approved, it won't show up (99.9% of the time it won't be approved because it doesn't meet the criteria: isn't long enough, isn't unique, specifically mentions certain products or features (aka ads), etc).

EDIT: Your particular thread isn't one that would fit the PYOA section which is intended to be for articles that may be posted to the main site.

Thanks for your reply, but my topic (in case it's still reviewable for you guys) was merely asking for a proper workout program or at least suggested exercises for my goals, where would it be proper to post such thing?
