    Question How many protein shakes a day?

    My protein bag says to drink one as soon as I wake up, inbetween meals, after working out, & before bed. That's about 5-6 shakes per day. This has to be marketing. Am I right?

    2 tops bro. Eat FOOD! Ideal is 0 if you get it from food. Understand that the sup companies would have you solely surviving on sups. How else would they make money.

    Have as many or as little as you want. Protein shakes aren't even needed. They are sold because of convenience in helping hit your daily protein intake requirements. Sometimes it's hard getting 200-300g of protein in a day from whole food, so shakes can help. Whole foods will be the better sources as you are getting micronutrients as well and will likely keep you full for a longer period of time(imo).
    Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

    I will do 3 servings max a day, try to get a lot of your protein from whole foods
