Cut or slow bulk? A bit of flab but not much mass...

What is the best move for me. My end goal is to be ~10% at 175-185. I am currently 172 ~16%.

I am wondering whether I should cut for a month or two to a 10% base so I can slow bulk for a LOOONG time, or should I just begin slow-bulking now? (Goal of course is a good looking physique).
