just wondering does CLA actually help you burn fat faster when you have a clean diet? or is it just another supplement that doesn't work?

I lost 10 lb in 3 weeks while using it and eating clean. But couldn't tell you for sure if the CLA helped or if it was just the intense diet I was on.

Tonalin CLA has about 15 published studies done on their material. Need to take at least 3000 mg a day. Add some Green Tea Phytosome for increase fat loss.

Research on CLA showed that the loading phase alone takes a month for it to help shed fat. I find that ridiculous, plus its pretty expensive... From what Ive heard it does work pretty well, but that long of a waiting period and the price have led me down different paths.

I gave it a shot this month and had to stop after two days unfortunately. Made my stomach feel really heavy and mildly bloated, also got a little bit of hives on my neck. I've heard it gave a few others a stomach ache too.
