everytime I squat or deadlift i get bad lower back pain. I have recorded my form and posted it to make sure nothing major is wrong with it, i have lighten the load and try to work from only the bar, i have asked people that are knowledgeable to watch my form and they said i was good but nothing helps... I will try stretching and improving flexibility to see if the issues go away but i need a good workout program that does not depend on squats and deadlift. I am a beginner. bench is at 140 incline for 7 reps . DB shoulder press at 50 lbs seated for 8. T bar row (chest supported) 105(two 45 plates a 10 and a 5) for 10 reps. 12.5 lbs chin-ups for about 8 reps. i weigh 180 and I am mostly interested in strength.
cliffs:
-can't squat or deadliest for now because of low back pain even though form is good
- need a good workout program for strength
- I am a begineer (incline bench 140 lbs x7, lunges with 50 dumbbells, tbar row with 105 lbs chest supported at about 45 degrees )
- please halp

You would be a lot better off correcting whatever issues are causing your pain in these exercises than dropping them altogether and developing even more severe musculoskeletal problems.
