This sort of height, while it's beneficial in certain scenarios generally overall it's not "supreme" or alpha. Too tall imo, 5'10-6'2 blessed height genes, 6'3 maybe is ok but 6'4 plus is too far and apart from a few situations like the club scene with sloots it's not that great.

I've noticed pretty much no one is comfortable standing right next to me (I am taller than about 98 or 99% of the people I encounter on a daily basis). No need to be insecure about your height. It's okay to be shorter, just like it shouldn't be a problem to you that others are taller. Think about the bright side: you have less ROM needed to perform a rep, so you could make a better powerlifter, just like a larger frame allows for me to be a better bodybuilder if that was my goal (long term of course, short term everyone knows a shorter persons gains show up much faster). Everything has it's advantages and disadvantages.

Perfect height = 5'10 - 6'4
Anything over that is too tall anything under that is too short

5'6 Very short
5'7 Short
5'8 = Slightly short
5'9 = Almost made it
5'10-6'2 = Optimal
6'3 = A little taller but still good
6'4 Bit too tall
6'5 Too tall
6'6 Awkwardly tall

Being tall is good provided you're proportionate. If you're 6'5 with good proportions you have the potential to be an athletic god. But nobody wants to have long ass limbs and a normal size body. Look like a retard. Clothes never fit you. Never fill out.
Very few disadvantages to being 6'1 - Clothes always fit good, taller than 99% of girls, good for most sports, tall enough to feel confident but not awkwardly tall. I like my height. Plus if you train you can dunk at 6'1. Dunking is life.
For some sports like American Football, Rugby, Rowing, Basketball you might want to be taller than 6'1, but you can't have everything.

lol this is stupid..
I'm 6'2 and wouldn't want to be any less - I'm just tall enough to be taller than most and have plenty the same height as me, and a few taller..
I'd say anything between 6'2 to 6'6 is ideal these days.. and anything under 6foot is just beta unless you got some mad impressive 3x bodyweight liftsLevel 1 Sport Science Certificate

6'5" 265 15% bf perfect proportions checkin in. Prob get more pussy than 99% of tmisc. U mad OP
But honestly I would agree in most cases because i rarely see people 6'4"+ filled out and if you are filled out at this height like me u look to intimidating for a lot of girls. Like there aren't as many girls that want a srs relationship with me. Most just screw around.

Honestly y'all blow up height to way more than it really is. Unless you're looking to be an NBA star, being tall is just icing on the cake. Confidence, personality, and attitude are what really attract people and make them notice you in the end.TRUMP 2020!!!
