Spring Cutters Crew Vol. 22: Chit posts and fritter bloats

Bought two bottles of forskolin from a certain site (they have powders with a high IQ or something) and they ended up throwing in 2 bottles of caffeine and 30 pre workout samples (scivation novem, never heard of it, but it basically has 200mg caffeine + creatine, beta alanine, and tyrosine), going to try it with 12.5 mg ephedrine next workout and see if I don't get heart palpitations.

Anyways, forskolin has been working pretty well so far. Down ~8 lbs while gaining strength so far which is supposed to be the point of it, going to up my dose from 100mg/day to 150mg/day. Even if it is just primarily placebo effect, it's working well enough lol

I ordered from them before, bought a 5lb container of protein, and they sent me 2lbs. Tried calling customer service and you have to leave a voice message for them to call you back. No contact email. So basically I got fukked over

Lean Xtreme has this in it. I take it every cut. its the only legal supplement that i can actually see and feel work. It brings out my hardness, vascularity and fullness i have noticed

As far as the stims go? My problem isn't being able to handle the stims from EC, it's the horrible crash you get later in the day. Still trying to work on a solution to atleast lessen the crash, because when it comes, I seriously just shut down.

Morning - 45 minutes bouldering/rock climbing

Afternoon - glycogen depletion workout. Workout will be supersets of 8 with 30 second rests, rep ranges of 12-15:

Dumbbell flyes
Lat Pulldowns
Repeat x7

Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Repeat x7

Seated hammer curls
Tricep pushdowns
Repeat x7

Seated calf raises
Dumbbell overhead press
Repeat x7

Will be consuming 2.5 gallons of water and eating slightly below maintenance with <50g carbs.

Works but it's making me freak out lately. I always take tons of caffeine all the time so it's not that but the ephedrine is doing it.

You can do half doses instead of full doses, just do 100mg caffeine + 12.5mg ephedrine 2-3 times per day

Also, primatene generally hits a lot harder than bronkaid given the same dose. I couldn't really handle primatene, but feel a lot better on bronkaid.

started my cut today, weighed in at 194lbs, 6 foot, probably around 15% bodyfat? Something like that.

going for low carb, high protein, moderate fats, about 600 under maintenance with some cardio thrown in here and there.
