I run a small bodybuilding page on instagram and was talking to the man himself, we were talking about how Chris Aceto said he looks like Theirry Pastel, than this happened...
Which other pro would take the time out of their day to motivate some random on the internet? Only Cedric.

Totally true what they were saying in Twitter, Ced IMO would be a far more honest ambassador for the sport than guys like Cutler and Heath. Any of his previous showings have in reality beat Branch every time yet Branch won the titles. Hoping he brings it at the Arnold!

IMO the ultimate body.. stupidly full muscles, genetically beautiful structure and muscle shape, tall (in BBing terms at least) the list goes on .. His day will come to absolutely nail it on stage I just know it.. but I totally agree with and love what he said on IG in the OP its so true

Top 2 greatest poser in the IFBB at the moment.
His movements are so fluid, you can see he actually understands the poses and connects with them. For those who grasp posing as an art and actually comprehend it, it goes much deeper than what you can visually see..Cedric's posing is a thing a beauty.

The hip twisting, the leg positioning, the swinging and controlled arm movements (modern days' Arnold), the way his facial expressions interact with every movement, the concentration and preparation he gives to every transition, the pause he gives when he's in the static phase of the pose, (haven't really seen it) but I'm sure he can adapt to almost any type of song and make his posing flow a-like (like Kai).
His passion for the art of bodybuilding is seen through his posing, truly inspiring.
He's arguably the best poser in the IFBB right now.
Perfect examples of why his posing is world class.
