Exclamation MusclePharm Combat Powder and Casein Protein

Can I take musclepharm's combat powder after my workouts and then take casein protein at night before I go to bed??
Just would like to know, since I already have both protein powders.

Also I already have CLA, so should I buy a fat burner in order to lose fat or is CLA good enough?

CLA is a protein that has mixed research results. Some say it may help with fat loss, other say it gains fat. There is no definite evidence saying one way or another. It should just be avoided. A healthy diet mixed with regular exercise alone will have better results.

Casein is not needed before bed, protein is protein.

Above all else, you shouldn't be concerned with supplements at your age. Focus on your diet, making sure you're getting in adequate macros. This will put you further ahead.

Not sure I'd say "protein is protein"...in that case go ahead and just use some cheap soy protein, just as good right? Nothing wrong at all with a 17yo supplementing with protein powder.

OP, I would do as you described, and would also possibly add a scoop of Combat in the morning(unless that's when you workout). I would agree though that you will see the most results from making sure you stick to a solid diet and nutrition plan that fits your goals, supps will never make up for lacking in this dept.
