Can I take musclepharm's combat powder after my workouts and then take casein protein at night before I go to bed??
Just would like to know, since I already have both protein powders.
Also I already have CLA, so should I buy a fat burner in order to lose fat or is CLA good enough?

Not sure I'd say "protein is protein"...in that case go ahead and just use some cheap soy protein, just as good right? Nothing wrong at all with a 17yo supplementing with protein powder.
OP, I would do as you described, and would also possibly add a scoop of Combat in the morning(unless that's when you workout). I would agree though that you will see the most results from making sure you stick to a solid diet and nutrition plan that fits your goals, supps will never make up for lacking in this dept.*MusclePharm: Official Supplement of the UFC*
