Can anyone do this? I can't. I can do a normal pullup/chinup but i cant do the ones where u grab farther to shoulder length and pull urself up..anyone have any tips on how to do ONE..

hmm ..but the problem is, i cant go UP..Lol.. The wide grip shoulder length pullups are hard.
Do negative pull ups, put a chair beneath the pull-up station, and then get on it and jump up , and slowly lower yourself down. This will strengthen the muscles associated with doing a pull-up.
