    The wide grip pullup

    Can anyone do this? I can't. I can do a normal pullup/chinup but i cant do the ones where u grab farther to shoulder length and pull urself up..anyone have any tips on how to do ONE..

    put a chair underneath you and rest your feet on it while you do your pullups

    or just use a lat pulldown machine

    or have someone grab your feet while you do it

    So, I should stand on a chair..and go up from there, and come down and stand on it again and repeat?

    like constantly have the tip of your feet of the chair and when you cant get yourself up then simply use your legs a little

    hmm ..but the problem is, i cant go UP..Lol.. The wide grip shoulder length pullups are hard.

    Do negative pull ups, put a chair beneath the pull-up station, and then get on it and jump up , and slowly lower yourself down. This will strengthen the muscles associated with doing a pull-up.
