In on this! Shout out to my grandpa! Died a few years ago, served in WW2. Joined the navy when he was 16, spent his days sweeping fields for mines. War didn't take him out, the cancer ate him from the inside out. R.I.P Thomas Tinsley, forever grateful to have you as a grandpa and a service man for our country.
Huge thanks to anyone and everyone who is currently serving or has served. We wouldn't be who we are without people like you. Rep all military on site!

Guy from my home town church served a couple tours in Iraq. Tragically, he had only been back from his second tour for a few weeks when he was killed in a trucking accident. The load he was carrying shifted, slamming through the cab and killing him instantly. He was only in his late 20's and it was pretty tragic. I knew his parents fairly well. Pretty sad that he made it through those years of warfare only to be killed in a freak accident working a normal civilian job.
I also have a few friends from high school that served in the Marines, Air Force, and Navy. Big thanks to all of them for their service.Best raw lifts: 670/480/675 | http://www.youtube.com/user/invain622002 | IG: NsattPL

My shoutout is to Mike Bowen. I personally don't know him but he lives in my area. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War and for the past three decades he has rode his Harley in honor of his fallen comrades for the past three decades. That is loyalty right there.

Great promo as usual and great chance to win some fantastic products. Been wanting to try some cellmass. Not sure if eligible since I have won in the past, but might as well throw my hat in if for no other reason than to give a shout out to my grandfathers and other veterans out there.
My grandfather on my father’s side was a Marine…and a darn good one. He has told me multiple stories of close encounters with death during WW2. He has shown me relics and paintings he did while stationed overseas. One story he told was of him going into a place called Death Valley with 77 people from his platoon. As they progressed through this valley, his fellow soldiers were being taken out one by one. By the time they got through, that 77 people had been reduced to only 11! My grandfather was one of them.
He has since passed, but has left in his wake (no pun intended) some beautiful artwork and was a pretty well respected Gold Gloves Boxing Champion. Not too many Marines that are Golden Gloves Champions and also Artists lol. If any of you have ever been on a playground that has the turtles you can climb on and slide down the back…that was his design. He also built other numerous sculptures and whatnot around the Midwest.
My other grandfather was a Navy man. He worked on boats that would sweep for mines. His stories were pretty interesting though not quite as intense as my other grandfathers.
Anyhow, both fantastic men that I am proud to call my grandfathers.
Here is to Veterans around the world on Nov. 11. We salute you and thank you for your service and fighting for our freedom. And I also apologize on behalf of our Presidents for putting you in harm’s way with many wars that some would argue are unnecessary.
That is the one thing I can’t stand about our government….we endanger our soldier’s lives unnecessarily and then deny them benefits when they are relieved of duty. It is sickening really.Twatter: marked4u2c

My homie Jason Benefiel is one of my life long friends, when all of us were just getting out of high school and getting into college he joined the Marines, we didn't understand why. Few years later now he's an expert helicopter pilot and has served our country in the efforts in afghanistan and abroad, much respects to my bro jason.
Thank you BSN for this opportunity!

ill keep this short and simple. theres a guy at the gym named Mark that i sometimes train with, and he never ceases to amaze me. he lost his right leg below the knee when he stepped on a mine in Afghanistan while serving his country and now he wears a prosthetic limb. you would never know this by the way he trains (like an animal), his personality and just his overall zest for life. i mean, this guy is simply a joy to be around...always a smile on his face and words of encouragement to others on his lips.
i silently tip my hat to Mark everytime i see him....it is truly a pleasure and a priviledge to know him.Last edited by cory2731; 11-08-2013 at 11:11 AM.

My friend from high school. Moved away a little over a year ago to go to a naval academy and is now serving in the Guard. He was just as serious a bodybuilder as I was and I miss seeing him at the gym. We only talk sometimes, and I know he's trying to move around the ranks. He will amount to a lot and the way he works, I know he'll accomplish great things.

My dad and grandfather. Both went to the Naval Academy and proudly served for this country. My grandfather was in til the day he died and my dad just retired after 30 years of service. Massive amount of respect and love for both of these men!

My uncle JESSE hirata a ww2 vet. Served with the 100th battalion 442nd regiment. Awarded the distinguished service cross for capturing a German machine gun nest with a shovel. His weapon jammed so he did a banzai rush toward the nest capturing 5 German soldiers who surrendered to him.
He is Japanese and was a volunteer to prove his loyalty to America after the Japanese bombed pearl harbor.BPI Brand Ambassador

Id like to give a shot out to my grandpa! He lied about his age so that he could join the war when he was 16. He was a medic in the army and my role model when i was going up since he would always tell me crazy stories when i seen him and always spoiled me and my brother like grandpas always do haha. I have a lot of good memories with my grandpa, thank you BSN for flooding my thoughts with my grandpa early. He was a great man

I would like to give the biggest thank you , and recognition to my grandpa, and my dad, who both served. My grandpa was a 1st Lieutenant in the Air Force, and flew in World War II... His sacrafices, and bravery are remembered everyday by his still living wife, my grandma. He passed away a year ago this November. He was a tough old man, and a stubborn one at that, but his love was endless for his family. He was very proud of himself for serving, and kept WWII memorabilia around his house. There was not a day where he didn't have his Air Force ring on his right ring finger, or his WWII baseball cap on his head. Every holiday he would tell a new and interesting story about being over seas, and the things he saw.... RIP Grandpa, we miss you !
My dad was a Staff Sergeant in the Army, and served in Vietnam. He didn't come from a wealthy family by any means, and lived a tougher life than most, but still wanted to serve for his country. He enlisted in the Army, and was sent over to Vietnam where he fought. He always is mentioning stories about how it was extrememly difficult on him and his family. My family still has a bible he sent his mother on Christmas one year, while he was over seas serving. He grinds through everyday, he developed twitching from constant gun fire and mortar rounds he said. He also talks about the nightmares he still has of his fellow soldiers going through hell.... My grandpa and dad... two of the toughest men I'll know! Thanks grandpa and dad!!

Awesome promo man. I like to say I dont have 200 post cause im officially out of the US Marines. Ive done 4 years as a 0331 Machine Gunner with 3 deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. My job is not one for the weak, carrying combat loads from 10 degrees to 140, being on the front lines in the middle of the combat zone is a rush not many can experience. Ive walked well over 1100 miles in 7 month span in Afghanistan, communicating with the locals and trying to eliminate the threats. I would love to win cause it was always hard to be on a daily training schedule with the the military training and most supplements were band. I still worked out in country but its not the same. Ive been out for 2 weeks now and BSN is clearly one of my favorite products. I have used them many times but this would be a great thank you present as well. Thank you for your support as always, classy company and Orrahhhh!

My great uncle was one of the forerunners on the D-Day landings. My gran told me how her brother was one of the first off the boats, pre-dawn under cover of darkness to clear the beaches of mines and cut whichever barbed wire hadn't been destroyed by the navy's artillery.
Resistance was initially low as they were in complete darkness and only occasional shots and mortar rounds were fired. As the sun came up and the Germans began to realise the extent of the situation the fire intensified significantly. There were many casualties and but they were forced to push on. The disabling of the German big guns on the beach head was a priority to enable the rest of the invasion force to land safely.
They eventually managed to do so, but not without massive losses. My great uncle was wounded and in a make shift field hospital. In a counter attack the Germans broke through the lines and in the mayhem the small field hospital was cleared by a German flamethrower. Everyone was killed. This was the story my nan and her family were told about the death of their son and her brother. He was layed to rest in an allied grave site in Normandy, France.
He was a big inspiration to me as I grew up.
I would love to use the new BSN mass stack and I would put up a thorough and fair review of all products.
Thanks for this opportunity.

Wonderful Promo....Would like to give a shoutout to anyone who has served or is so right now. Those who fight for our country deserve to be honored and should be honored every day. Without them we would not be the country that we are today. MERICA

What an awesome way to show those who served or are still serving that we are always thinking about them.
Keeping it simple, post a tribute to someone you know, or don't know that deserves recognition for their service. If that person is you, tell us why.
My tribute to is to late grandfather who served in WWII. My grandfather did not die while fighting and was luckily able to come back home to his wife and start his family. But the reason I would like to pay tribute to my grandfather is because of the person that he was. In my entire life, I have never met someone who was as generous, caring and loving as he was. He was a true example of someone who lived his life for others instead of for himself. He would have done anything for anyone at anytime, whether he knew you for his entire life or whether he had met you five minutes prior. He showed me what it meant to be a man and how to give all of yourself in everything that you do. No matter what the task is, he gave it his all and that has carried over to me and my life. I try to live my life the way he lived his and give to others just as he gave. He was my hero and I want to give 100% of my efforts to each undertaking to make him proud. I know he's looking down on me and hopefully would be happy with how I have turned out so far.
