Recently I read on the internet that Zinc can boosts your testosterone level which can balance out more of the estrogen.
Bio-Health Extra Zinc+ (60 Capsules) I have purchased these capsules and been taking them for 15 days
Until this evening I read that Zinc converts testosterone into estrogen and I was like wtf , I thought it is suppose to help boosting testosterone but then why does it convert back to estrogen.
I am 16 and about 67-69 kg bf% about 12
Man boobs are not that bad but just the nipples sticking out
I really want to developed more on my chest.
So yeah thank you and please help

if you think you have gyno starting ask your doctor to check your hormone levels, he can give you an estrogen blocker to get your swelling down. if at your age your hormones are that out of wack no zinc tab is gonna help you.

No way you can get 50mg/day with your diet unless you eat oysters everyday...

Zinc deficiency does royally screw over you in so many more ways than just your test levels. Charles Poliquin claims very very few of his athletes come back with blood work that suggest sufficient levels of zinc. That being said, at 16 you should really just focus on eating healthier and not supplement excess vitamins/minerals, especially if you don't even know where you currently stand. Also, if you want a more developed chest do more chest work.
