Should i continue doing my split or would use say jump on a program? What do u guys think of this, any feedback is great!
( legs,push,pull,off-repeat. First week is strenght so lower reps not hitting failure, second week is exact same but 8-12 for hypotrophy an i go to max. After i repeat this cycle for 4weeks. The 5th week is deload, so i just simply drop weights an a few sets. I find this really helps recovery)
Legs
Squat 4x3-6
Leg press 3x5-8
Leg curls 3x6-8
Leg extention 3x6-8
Stiff deadlift 2x8-10
Rope crunches 2xfailure
Push
Bench press 4x3-6
Incline DB press 3x6-8
Dip machine 3x5-8
Standing overhead press 3x3-6
Latteral raises 2x8-12
Tricep cable extention 3x8-12
Pull
Deadlift 4x3-6
Pullup wide or inner grip 3xfailure
Machine rows 3x6-8
Wide grip cable row 2x10-20
Barbell curls 3x6-10
Preacher curls 2x10-15
