    How to eat on bulking rest day?

    On a rest day, say I burn 350 cals when i lifting weights, should i just take the 350 extra calories on rest days since I'm not burning calories, so be only 400 cals over my maitence on rest days?

    You can consume less calories on your rest days as compared to training days. But, it won't matter much unless you tend to put on weight (fat) easily.

    Same calories everyday crew. It took me a solid month and a half to finally find my maintenance, but once I did I just eat that +250-500 cals over everyday and it's working fine.

    Whatever I feel like eating, within reason. Eat basically the same way on a daily basis, dont even count calories anymore.

    I'm an endo and gain fat easy so typically I just take out my large carb meal pre-workout, and cut my breakfast carb meal in half to like 40g of carbs.
