    No need to get conrcerned with creatine at your age. Just focus on your diet i.e. hitting your macros and that's where your gains will come from.

    It is not going to help you out "a lot", creatines effects are barely noticeable at best.

    Anytime throughout the day...5 g per day. People say you're too young, but it doesn't really matter. For one, it's cheap and for two, there aren't any shown ill effects to those taking this supplement below a certain age.

    I wouldn't worry about supplements just yet, you're way too young. Just worry about eating enough and make sure you're getting the correct amount of sleep.

    This right here OP. Once a day, everyday, just make sure you get it in if you are going to choose to still use it. One of the safest and most tested supps out there.

    It doesn't matter when you take it. Just take 3-5 grams per day.

    I'd stick with creatine monohydrate. My favorite is Kre-Alkalyn since I bloat up on regular CM.
