The one ingredient/macro that pisses me off in most protein bars is, sugar alcohol. Companies use this to hide behind "Sugar-free" labels, when in actuality they are just deceiving the customer. To go off of MrMakAttack, I would not mind if Soy is in it or not. I eat TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein), all the time so I am biased on that.

Too me as long as they taste good like the other promax bars and its got good amount of protein in it, ill eat that sh** up lol Im not on any starving marvin diet and as long as it keeps me away from junk candy bars its all good lol

Not too worried about anything being excluded as long as there is a decent amount of protein ( atleast 20g) and a decent amount of fiber I am happy

NOT too too concerned with what I see in my Protein Bars, Sucralose sUgar Alcohol and soy. Now if its processed in a facility that manufactures that stuff I'm TOTALLY OK with it, as long as one of the main additives isnt Soy. I know sucralose is hard to not put in but its just an ingredient that bothers my stomach :/ And as far as sugar alcohol.... well I know most people dont like their Butts exploding for lack of better terms! otherwise anything with 15-20g of protein and moderate amounts of carbs are great!

Yeah no soy, no whey concentrate.... just whey isolate
when i buy protein bars I read the labels.. and Ive passed over most of them because of soy or a list so long you know chemicals outweigh the food 3 to 1.....

The only reason I mentioned Soy is because i have heard it isn't good for bodybuilders. We drink alot of Soy Milk at our house and we are probably going to be switching to straigh Milk or Almond milk soon due to the supposed hormone issue with Soy. I have also read Soy is fine so who knows? I think if Soy is used, it is best if it isn't genetically modified. People in Asia are fine eating soy, but they don't eat GMO soy from what i have heard.

I do not want Sugar alcohols nor any artificial sweetners in it. I prefer to have an all natural flavor to it, so that its a protein bar you feel good about eating!

id like to see something gluten free. Sometimes i react negatively to foods that have alot of gluten in them. I tend to stick to the gluten free proteins just so i can avoid the blotchiness , the sleepyness and all the other affects it has on me.

I do not want to see High fructose corn syrup or more than a 1:1 fat to protein ratio.

I would enjoy seeing a bar that does not have the typical vegetable oil blend (soybean oil, palm kernel oil, etc). It would be sweet to see on with coconut oil.

One thing I would not want to see is Artificial Food Coloring. Also would not like to see a high amount of sugar or any soy.

One thing I don't like in my protein bars are high fructose corn syrup, honestly not that bothersome but if I have a choice I choose a HFCS free bar

No soy protein isolate as mentioned above, as little transfat and saturated fats as possible!

Not high in sugar mainly because even if they are 'healthy' if they have too much sugar I won't enjoy them. pantented sugars like acesulfame. One of the biggest problems in the food industry is marketing the claims that they have the 'best/healthiest' e.g. smoothie but it ends up being 4 tablespoons of sugar either too sweet or have buffer ingredients like soy.

Well I'm big on real organic foods so no artificial anything and I'm a vegetarian so if it doesn't fit in those food guidelines I'm not sure if I would be into it.
