I really like Antoinne's attitude here...what's done is done... Let's move forward et. Also good that he can poke fun at himself calling himself a "softy" in fun. Dude has great character and I still think he can go very far in this sport. He obviously learned a lot in terms of how serious you need to take the prep at the IFBB level, limited your travel close to contest et.
Still supporting this guy 100%.

his inconsistency with rest and whatever else he was doing costed him conditioning.
he also stated that his last minute prep stuffed up by him spilling over/becoming very flat.
